How to start eating healthy: Start with anti Inflammatory foods!

Once I realized that I would have to completely abandon my old way of eating, I started with a simple Google search for, "anti inflammatory foods"; and that is where I started rebuilding a healthy life.


Many times, I had read a lot about having a diet with a high concentration of anti-inflammatory foods to help combat depression and anxiety symptoms, as well as, aiding in other brain and body ailments (cognition problems, back pain, knee pain, a severe eczema problem that covered more than 80% of my entire face, and my mood regulation), I had nothing to lose in trying, and I am so damn glad I did.

Like I said in my last post, I felt that first wave of significant brain and body change between the 4th and 5th day. Now the only "side effect" I experienced making this type of major change to my diet was a small bout of diarrhea due to my body flushing out all the bullshit I had stuck in my system for God knows how long.


After that...my body literally felt brand new.


I was finally no longer suffering from problems that I truly believed I would be stuck for the rest of my life. Now, I know better. I know I have the best way of not only getting to a healthy, balanced state, but maintaining that health for decades to come.
